    Experience the luxury of a full body oil massage – the perfect way to unwind.

  • This incredibly therapeutic massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue, releasing chronic muscle tension through slower strokes and more direct pressure across (rather than with) the grain of the muscles.

  • Sometimes called ‘yoga for lazy people’, this clothes-on therapy uses passive yoga stretches and gentle pressure to release tension and re-align the body.

    Your therapist massages energy points and lines with gentle pressure to release toxins, increase energy flow and rejuvenate and rebalance body and mind.

  • Essential oils capture the very essence of nature and using them can help restore and maintain your emotional, mental and physical balance.

    After an initial consultation, your therapist will select and blend specific oils to harmonise both with how you currently feel, and how you would like to feel. The oils can address imbalances discovered during other massage treatments or your yoga practice

    They are applied in a luxuriously scented full body massage and can also be made up for use at home in your bath or burner.

  • Shiatsu is an ancient Japanese bodywork technique that stimulates and balances the body’s energy (Qi) using a combination of massage, stretching and pressure to the whole body and specific energy points. It is traditionally given on a soft mat on the floor through loose clothing.

    Shiatsu works at a much deeper level than regular massage, as it follows the powerful principles of Chinese medicine to treat and prevent ill health. Treatments generally last an hour and can be strong and dynamic and/or very soft, gentle and supportive.

  • During this treatment pressure points on the feet are used to harmonise the body’s systems, release toxins, increase energy flow and encourage total relaxation.

    Reflexology is particularly effective with stress-related problems and digestive, respiratory and hormonal imbalances.

  • During a Reiki session healing energy is gently channelled using a series of non-intrusive hand positions.

    The aim is to help you reach a state of total relaxation and aid healing on all levels. A treatment usually lasts around 75 minutes.
